Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0027 to Collins Aerospace 1 Hamilton Rd Windsor Locks CT 06096-1000, for the procurement of an O-Level flight control software loading capability, including any necessary license(s), for the CH-53Knine (9) new RS-232 cables, and six (6) new kits CH-53K Field Software Tool Harness Kits. This loading capability shall be compatible with Flight Control Computer (FCC) part numbers: 1013030-5-000 and (2) 1013030-7-000. The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and FAR RFO 12.102(b).
