Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 70FB8027Q00000003 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Retro Fit Shower and Accessories Installation Kit, to include inside Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) to support displaced individuals with disabilities. This acquisition is a full and open competition. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (ii) A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and unit of measure, is at Attachment 4 - Pricing Table. (iii) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management (FEMA), proposes to issue a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract vehicle to provide commercial household Retro Fit Shower and Accessories Installation Kits, which are required in each Transportable Temporary Housing Units (TTHUs) to support displaced individuals with disabilities. See Attachment 1: Statement of Work for a detailed description of the requirements. (iv) The date(s) of delivery and acceptance are based on agency need.
