The Department of Transportation and United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) has a need to award a Single-Award IDIQ in accordance with RFO Part 16 and 15 for Medical, Dental, Counseling, pharmacy, equipment services for the Midshipmen, USMMA. It is a full and open competition under NAICS code 621399 and PSC code Q201.
