***Solicitation Amendment Synopsis*** - Amended RFQ, Order Form and PWS is attached Key highlights: Date changes to requirement Period of performance is now 24-28 October 2026 ****** This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Port Handling and Inland Transportation (PHIT) in support of exercise Yudh Abhyas (YA26) The Period of Performance is 21-27 OCT 2026 In order to participate, please review and fill out attached forms accordingly. Ensure to follow the Offer Submission Requirements in the RFQ. Only fill out the highlighted portion of the Order Form. Deadline: Questions will be due in writing (email) by 1300 (HST) on 17 OCT 2026. This solicitation will close at 0900 (HST) on 19 OCT 2026 any quotes submitted after this date will not be considered by the Contracting Office. Once questions are received, we will provide answers in this solicitation for all interested parties. This is only an RFQ. The government may cancel this solicitation at any time at no cost to the government.
