This is a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.201, announcing an upcoming competitive solicitation for a firm-fixed-project construction project. Network Contracting Office 20 (NCO 20), supporting the Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (VA SORCC) located in White City, OR anticipates releasing a Request for Proposals in the upcoming months of Fiscal Year 2027. This notice synopsizes the requirement but is not a solicitation or otherwise a request for pricing. This does not commit the Government to issue the solicitation or award a contract. The RFP, if released, will be posted on Contract Opportunities located on SAM.gov only under the identifier 36C26027R0027. Interested parties are invited to follow this identifier to receive updates. The RFP will be a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. It is anticipated to result in the award of one (1) firm-fixed-price contract for the entire scope of work. The scope of work will be to remove existing lighting and install new, more energy efficient lighting in various locations across campus. More information will be provided in the RFP, if released. This requirement will be subject to the Buy American Act and the VA Limitations on Subcontracting. For questions- please contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
