Statement of Requirement The Pike-San Isabel NF/Cimarron & Comanche NG (PSICC) is in need of Procuring Two (2) NEW (2026-2027) WCF fleet gooseneck 3-Horse Slant Load Stock Trailers to be used by Forest Service personnel to transport riding and pack animals to various and remote work sites in the National Forests. Travel conditions will vary from high-speed highways to poorly graded road surfaces.
