1 October 2026 update: This solicitation is amended to include changes in the RFQ, SOW & clauses in addition to a posting of answers to questions The Scott AFB Education & Training Center requires the non-personal services of a Test Administrator, who will be responsible for administering a variety of tests including military, educational, and professional certification exams to military personnel, civilian employees and their dependents.
