Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for snow plowing, salting, and snow removal IAW Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W911S227QA003 and all attachments. Offerors must provide all information requested in Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 in Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters on Adobe Page 37 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module.
