Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1079 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a winter nursery in a warm climate area to support the ARS Sugar Beet and Bean Research Unit (SBRU), East Lansing, MI dry bean breeding program. The winter nursery is used to advance breeding materials by a generation over the winter, which greatly speeds up breeding progress This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
