This is a non-personal services contract to provide Master Planning professional services support to the 9th MSC. The Government shall not exercise direct control or day-to-day supervision over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Contract service providers shall be accountable to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
