This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for interior facility repairs at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The scope of work primarily encompasses painting, flooring replacement, and general interior finishing and repairs across multiple installation facilities. The resulting contract will include a base period and five (4) exercisable option years. Site Visit - August 27, 2026 at 10:00am. Questions Due - September 1, 2026 at 10:00am Proposal Due - September 4, 2026 at 10:00am Site Visit Important Notice: Due to security protocols at Grissom Air Reserve Base, all interested offerors must coordinate entry requirements in advance. To attend the scheduled site visit on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, please contact the Contracting Officer directly at the email provided above no later than 36 hours prior to the event to ensure base access clearance. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
