AMENDMENT 1 [19 AUG 2026] QUESTION: Solution Brief page limit. Section 8.1 states that Solution Briefs "should not exceed eight (8) written pages using 12-point Times New Roman font," while Section 10 refers to "the 5-page limitation" in describing the OCI analysis. Would the Government please confirm which page limit governs the Phase 1 Solution Brief? We further understand from Sections 8.1(a) and 10 that both the Title Page and the OCI analysis are excluded from that limit; please confirm. ANSWER: Solution Briefs should NOT exceed eight (8) written pages. Both the Title Page and OCI Analysis are not included in this limit. QUESTION: Would the Government confirm that noting "CAGE: assignment in process" on the Title Page is acceptable for a Phase 1 Solution Brief, with the assigned code provided as soon as it is issued?
