Hensley Dam Weed Spraying Service Contract ? W9123826QA021 The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Weed Spraying for a base year with four option years. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform Weed Spraying services at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake, Madera County, CA. Services include the application of herbicides, routine inspections, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. This prospective contract action will be conducted using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Service). The size standard is $9.5 million. Product Service Code is S208 (Housekeeping ? Landscaping/Groundskeeping). The solicitation will proceed as a small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 18th, 2026 with quotes due tentatively on September 18, 2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as sam.gov and will establish a firm quotes due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
