MISSOULA FIELD OFFICE RENOVATION The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes to repair sections of the Missoula Field Office Administrative Building roof, replacing existing gutter systems, repairing/replacing fascia, painting the exterior of the structure, and replacing the existing carpet. Location ? Missoula Field Office- 3255 Fort Missoula Rd, Missoula, MT 59801, Missoula County. PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW TYPE OF CONTRACT: Construction, Firm Fixed Priced (FFP), Single Award Contract TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Building NAICS CODE: 238160, Roofing Contractors MAGNITUDE: Between $250,000 and $350,000 RESTRICTIONS ON CONTACTS: Beginning upon release of the request for quote (RFQ) through contract award, contacting Government employees who may be associated with this work by participating quoter on the subject of this RFQ is inappropriate. Quoters for this RFQ, including subcontractors and teammates, shall not attempt such contacts during this period.
