NASA/Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) has a requirement for Global Hawk Skyrange Program Demonstration Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support. The contractor shall perform engineering, manufacturing, and technical support services in support of the operation and maintenance and required modifications to the Global Hawk air vehicles, Ground Control Stations, Ground Support Equipment, and spares/repairs. NASA/AFRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) under the authority of FAR FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or commercial service using FAR Part 12.
