The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source out-of-scope contract modification to JBW GROUP LLC under Contract Number W912QR25CA038 for the Construction Services Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Shelter in Place (SIP) Decommissioning in Richmond, Kentucky. This out-of-scope modification will be issued on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not considered a request for quotations or competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source modification to JBW GROUP LLC under Contract W912QR25CA038. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government.
