All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via email. Amendment 5 issued on 7/30/2026 is to add an updated Questions & Answers document. Amendment 4 issued on 7/23/2026 is to add an updated Questions & Answers document based on the re-release of the RFP. Amendment 3 issued on 7/10/2026 is to reopen the RFP with revised SOW, Spec, and Drawings. Amendment 2 issued on 3/20/2026 is to extend the deadline to 4/1/2026 and update the Statement of Work and Specification documents. Amendment 1 issued on 3/5/2026 is to extend the deadline to 3/20/2026. An updated Specification and SOW are forthcoming and will be posted when they are finalized.
