The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell AFB, Kansas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of one (1) turnkey On-Site Nitrogen Generation System in support of the 22d Maintenance Squadron (22 MXS) Wheel and Tire Shop.The system is mission-essential to provide high-purity nitrogen required for the inflation and maintenance of KC-46 aircraft tire and wheel assemblies.Minimum Salient Characteristics:To be considered technically acceptable, the quoted system must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications (further detailed in the attached Statement of Need):Evaluation Criteria:Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
