The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at the Jct. of NM State Hwy 371, and Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for a commercially available, Patient Flow and Queue Management System for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility Pharmacy Department. The anticipated acquisition includes software, software licensing, hardware, implementation, project management, installation, workflow configuration, training, warranty, maintenance, and technical support necessary to support patient check-in, virtual queuing, patient notification, digital signage, reporting, administrative dashboards, and related operational capabilities. The anticipated period of performance will be a base period of 12 months and four (4) one (1) year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 541519 ?
