School of Infantry (SOI) - East is requesting 173 portable toilets and eight (8) handwashing stations for a period of 12 months. For more informaiton, please see the attached Performance Work Statement. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
