Questions may be submitted up to 7 calendar days after solicitation release date located in block 6 of the SF 1449 in the format at Attachment 09, ?Question and Answer Template? The questions close date is 8 July 2026 at 12 PM San Antonio Local Time. In the event of solicitation discrepancies (e.g., errors, omissions, or is otherwise unclear or unsound), offerors shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing with supporting rationale.
