This is a combined synopsis/solicitation with 100% SDVOSB set-aside, and seeking domestic commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Officer 01 is seeking to purchase the supplies or services described in the following Statement of Work.
