This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Important Note: The actual Solicitation package (RFQ) has been distributed directly to all eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email. USS CHIEF (MCM-14) Title: ELM-245065 PKP FIRE EXTINGUISHER INSTALLATION; ACCOMPLISH POP from 08/04/2026 to 10/31/2026 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan.
