This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number HT941026Q2004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This is an unrestricted procurement, inviting full and open competition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The requirement is for a cost per reportable result (CPRR) contract for coagulation analyzers to support military treatment facilities (MTFs) and their workloads (see CSS for list of MTFs).
