AMENDMENT 1 - Revised statement of work (SOW) has been attached labeled "C116635 Construction SOW 05-04-26 (REVISED 1)" The purpose of this solicitation is to implement a long-term measure to stop water infiltration to the interior by removing the existing roofing and waterproofing and installing new roofing, and waterproofing on the below grade roof, walls, and foundation with new foundation/subsurface drainage and surface drainage.
