The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition of an existing lease for the United States Secret Service that is expiring in Washngton, DC. The United States Secret Service's mission requires enhanced situational awareness and strategic placement of assets (antenna) to ensure unwavering protection of the regional airspace.
