This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this action. Proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-06, 10-10-2019. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals on 36C24820R0020. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621910, with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The Network Contracting Office 8-RPO East intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Ground Transportation Service, as identified within this Statement of Work (SOW) for beneficiaries of the NF/SG, LCVAMC, 619 S. Marion ave. Lake City, FL 32025 and, its associated healthcare facilities.
