This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0068 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Pest Control for the Angeles National Forest. The Angeles National Forest Supervisor’s Office (ANF SO) is the headquarters to approximately 65 employees who assist with managing U.S Forest Lands on the Angeles National Forest. The Supervisor’s Office (SO) is approximately 24,515 square feet in size, mostly comprised of open office space (cubicles), twelve individual offices, four various size conference rooms, a kitchen, a gym, five restrooms, a lobby, a print room, and a few storage areas. Access into the building can be granted through any of the eleven exterior entry point, five of them being double swing doors, and one utility closet The Los Angeles Gateway Ranger District Office (Little T District Office) includes a two-story office building which was built in 1968. The District Office (DO) has an approximate area of 4,582 square feet, which is comprised of one (1) kitchen, three (3) bathrooms, one (1) server room, one (1) print/mail room, a reception area (front desk), and eleven (11) individual offices. The DO houses approximately 46 employees who assist with managing U.S Forest Lands on the Angeles National Forest. Access into the building can be granted through any of the three (3) exterior entry point, with only the front door entrance being a double swing door entrance. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561710 The small business size standard is 17.5 million.
