This is a notice of intent to conduct a brand name sole source procurement, using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 7. The anticipated award date is 29 May 2026. 8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. 9. The United States Government intends to solicit and negotiate exclusively with authorized sellers or resellers of EcoFlow Logistics LLC (CAGE: 1ADT0; Address: 4717 Crenshaw BLVD; Los Angeles, California 90043-1233, United States) brand EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra X LFP battery storage units. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 6.103-1, as it has been determined that EcoFlow Logistics LLC is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the specific requirements of the agency.
