Solicitation Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) – Unpriced Requirement: Production Support Services Agency: The United States Air Force Band Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) and Washington, D.C. Metro Area. Period of Performance: Five (5) years from the date of award. The United States Air Force Band is seeking to establish multiple unpriced BPAs with qualified production vendors. The purpose of this agreement is to create a pool of reliable vendors capable of competing for firm-fixed-price task orders to provide supplemental production assets for larger missions. Summary of Services The Contractor shall provide comprehensive production support including skilled technical labor, professional-grade equipment rentals, and logistical services to augment the United States Air Force Band's internal teams. Requirements encompass specialized personnel such as audio/lighting engineers and video directors, alongside equipment ranging from custom sound systems to large-scale LED video walls and rigging. Logistical support involves commercial trucking, venue coordination, and the provision of power generation or staging assets as required by specific task orders. All services will be performed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling or various venues within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to support high-visibility musical productions. Vendors are responsible for end-to-end execution, ensuring all personnel and equipment are mission-ready to meet the premier standards of the United States Air Force.
