The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order under N00019-25-G-0009. This Delivery Order is anticipated to contain Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) items to Raytheon Company (RTX), 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona for the FY26 (Lot 5) and FY27 (Lot 6) Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Recertification & Depot Operations Engineering Support Services (ESS). RTX is the sole manufacturer of the Tomahawk Missile System. Tasking includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Government in resolving All Up Round (AUR) safety, performance, reliability, service life, recertification, integration, and/or operational issues. The period of performance for this effort will be a base period of 12 months with one, 12-month option period. The start date is September 2026.
