The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a minimum of 4,172 and up to 5,042 ABOA SF, and no more than 5,389 RSF of contiguous existing office space in Savannah, GA. Only existing buildings that can be built out to meet VA requirements will be considered. New construction (including ground?up construction, new build proposals, and development of a new facility) will not be accepted.
