This pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify the public that a solicitation will be forthcoming for Concrete Pads. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract at the Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). All details will be in the solicitation itself. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is on or around 08 April 2026. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided, although may be downloaded on or after the issue date by accessing SAM.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain an interested party list, therefore, it is recommended that any interested parties periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and respond to them prior to the date and time set may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the same. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the Government. **Please note, this is a notice that a solicitation is anticipated to be forth coming and will be posted on or around 08 April 2026 that will have all the necessary specifications.
