SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers.*** Note: Attachment 8 Section C Performance Work Statement (PWS) included with this RFP includes Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and will not be made publicly available. In order to obtain access to the attachment, the Offeror shall download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment #11 NDA for CUI Attachment) for each individual requiring access to the non-public documents. To ensure a streamlined process, the Prime Offeror shall designate a single Point of Contact (POC) responsible for collecting all required Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from its team members and subcontractors.
