After COVID-19, the FBI was left with a surplus of expired hand sanitizer. Due to the high alcohol content, this material must be handled and recycled/disposed correctly according to EPA and DOT regulations. The Contractor shall provide all services necessary to recycle or dispose of expired or unused hand sanitizer. Quantity is as follows: 82 full boxes on five pallets. Each box holds 12 bottles, approximately 2184 bottles in total. Each bottle is 750ml. The work includes pickup, transport, recycling/disposal, and provision of documentation in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.
