This is a SOLICITATION for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12. This requirement was first advertised as a Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice on 03/09/26. The RFQ number is N4215826QN014. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through 2026-01; effective 03/13/2026 and the DFARS Change notice 20251001. The anticipated award will include one (1) Base Year of performance in 2026; the period of performance is estimated to begin in March 2026 and end in March 2027. Services include all labor, materials, OEM parts, calibration standards, traceability documentation, and certifications necessary to meet the Government’s technical requirements. Delivery location is NNSY, Portsmouth, Va 23709. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
