Q: We would like to request clarification regarding site logistics. Specifically, could you please confirm whether parking accommodations will be provided for contractor personnel while performing scheduled maintenance and repair services at the BEP facility? A: Parking is requested for the contractor when service is provided, however, it is not guaranteed as it is first come first serve. Q: Could you provide any historical data on the approximate number of repair service calls the BEP fitness center has received annually, as well as the average duration of those calls? We understand this is not a guarantee of future volume or scope, but any available data would help ensure our pricing reflects a realistic understanding of the requirement. The only information requested is the fully burdened hourly rate. 3/16/2026: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide maintenance services and repair / replace parts on as needed basis for the fitness center exercise equipment.
