Requirement: The Government is requesting a preventative maintenance service contract for High-Volume Low-Speed (HVLS) industrial fans located within the 128th Aviation Brigades operational footprint at Fort Eustis, Virginia. This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS Code 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million and PSC code J041 as lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This contract is set aside 100% for small businesses with no specific category preference. Quotes from all small business categories are welcome. The estimated period of performance (POP) is one (1) base year plus six (6) option years beginning from the time of award.
