**AMENDMENT 1 (3/2/2026): The purpose of this amendment is to publish the Questions and Answers, which have been added as Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers for RFQ FA302026Q0008. The close date has been extended to 10:00 AM CST on Friday, 03/06/2026, due to the delay in getting submitted questions answered by customer. _______________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
