The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on behalf of Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price.
