This announcement is a presolicitation with adjoining attachments. The purpose of this draft solicitation is to gain industry feedback for clarification questions. Response to this presolicitation is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. GENERAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) anticipates a requirement that is being considered under NAICS Code 541990. The size standard associated with this NAICS code is $34,000,000. The Product Service Code is R423 – Support-Professional: Intelligence. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to provide comprehensive operational intelligence integration and data-centric support to the Data Capabilities Division and its diverse customer base as defined in the PWS.
