This is a pre-solicitation notice to all certified, interested 8(a) Small Business Development Program Participants for the proposed Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) competitive acquisition under solicitation W9128F27RA012 - API 653 Fuel Tank Repairs and Maintenance ?
