8/3/2026: Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from Industry. Please see below for the questions and answers. Q: Is this a brand new contract or is/was there an incumbent performing these services? If not brand new, could you please provide the current/previous contract number? A: There is an incumbent. The contract number is W911QY25PA040. There are no changes to the solicitation as a result of the questions from Industry. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911QY26QVGSM is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of the VGSTUDIO MAX Analyse Edition license. This solicitation including any attachments may be downloaded from SAM.gov at website SAM.gov. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The most applicable NAICS code associated with this project is 513210 (Software Publishers). The small business size standard is $47,000,000.00. The most applicable PSC Code associated with this project is 7A21 (IT and Telecom - Business Application Software (perpetual License Software)). To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Small Business under NAICS code of 513210 (Software Publishers).
