The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding potential sources available to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts’ (AO) requirement for LiveScan fingerprint equipment, software, and maintenance support. Interested Vendors shall also be able to provide maintenance support to the AO’s existing equipment, implement a process for system installation, upgrade, integration and configuration of a newer, more advanced and mobile fingerprint tool, as well as offer training sessions and materials that meet industry standards and requirements. The AO seeks a solution to transition the Judiciary from standalone LiveScan machines to a mobile, web-based application that can be centrally maintained by the AO and accessed by Judiciary Court Units and Districts nationwide to enter biometric information and send to a central repository at the AO. At time of solicitation posting, Vendors shall be asserted under the primary NAICS 561611 -- Investigation Services, or similar.



Interested Vendors shall submit responses to this sources sought, via email ONLY, no later than 12:00 PM ET, Monday October 28, 2019. Vendors submitting capabilities statements in lieu of a response package will not be considered as an ‘Interested Vendor’ in the event of hosting exchanges or meetings based on Vendors’ submissions.
