This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B24Q0006 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The USDA, ARS, in Stuttgart, AR has the need for a maintenance agreement for Cummins generators, per the attached statement of work (SOW). This includes (2) service visits annually: (1) Maintenance Inspection and one (1) Full Maintenance Service. A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 1:00PM CST at the USDA-ARS, 2955 HWY 130 East, Stuttgart, AR 72160. If there are any issues getting to the site, please contact Mr. Robert Ideker at 870-672-8266. The Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations will be incorporated into this contract. Contract terms are for a base plus 4-option years. All responses should include pricing for each year. Please include the solicitation number, 12405B24Q0006, in all email communications. QUOTED PRICE MUST INCLUDE: any delivery costs as well as any applicable duties, brokerage, or customs fees. Destination), technical and past performance are more important than price. Award will be made based on overall BEST VALUE to the Government. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications that will be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with FAR 13.106-2.
