This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) and will be procured with Sealed Bidding Procedures IAW FAR Part 14. The maximum quantity includes a quantity for Foreign Military Sales. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 334511.
